For today's episode, I sat down with Alyssa Chavez. Alyssa struggled for years with endometriosis and infertility. She dealt with intense pain, physically, mentally, and emotionally. She endured surgeries and countless rounds of IVF. Eventually, she took those experiences and dug deep into the holistic world. She began to heal herself naturally. Today she has her own practice, helping women dive deep into their own health through nutrition and gut healing protocols to get to the root of their symptoms.
